This position contributes to the efficient operation of HR by promoting accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. The Human Resources Assistant serves as a collaborative team member dedicated to delivering quality support to employees, applicants, and management. Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee records within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system in accordance with organizational policies and record retention requirements. Support front office operations by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing receptionist coverage as needed. Serve as an initial point of contact for employees by responding to general HR-related questions and directing them to the appropriate Human Resources team member. Maintain the confidentiality of employee records and sensitive Human Resources information while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Provide administrative support for special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and/or their designee. Qualifications High School diploma required. Previous experience in an HR/Office setting preferred. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive personnel data. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, reach overhead, be able to kneel, squat, and stand for an extended period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
