Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques through secure video conferencing.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Document each session comprehensively to track client progress and ensure continuity of care, using our practice management software to streamline administrative tasks.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid mental health clinical license such as LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
