Agile Scrum Master

Leading scrum teams, the full-time Agile Scrum Master will monitor and improve the scrum process, coach team members on effective practices, and ensure adherence to scrum principles while managing project progress. Key responsibilities Monitor and enhance the scrum process and project progress, addressing impediments in development Coach the scrum team to apply appropriate processes for successful product creation Foster self-organization within the team and protect them from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and leading scrum teams Strong project management skills with a focus on client-facing delivery Proficient in people management and team dynamics CSM or PSM certification is required
