CNC Milling Opportunity

Do you have CNC Milling operation experience? If so, we have an immediate opportunity available for you. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Duties

Operate CNC Horizontal/Vertical Mill Machines
Observe spooling and cutting, detect malfunctions, and replace worn tools
Install proper holding fixtures and tool holders
Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position; may require cranes or hoists
Position, secure, and align cutting tools and holders
Complete preventative maintenance procedures on equipment
Inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications
Maintain area and equipment in a neat and orderly condition and adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Document and communicate actions, irregularities, malfunctions, and continuing needs
