Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Create and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address individual client goals and challenges.

• Utilize strength-based approaches while working collaboratively with clients to manage and overcome their mental health issues.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about mental health issues and available resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Offer crisis intervention and support by utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and providing immediate resources as needed.
\n
• Support families as they navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring that they have access to the tools and strategies necessary for sustainable progress.

• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, new therapies, and treatment modalities to best serve our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Must hold a current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health or counseling setting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload and maintain documentation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients.

• A commitment to evidence-based practices and continuing education in the field of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
