Banking IT Help Desk Technician Fast-Paced Support

Newhorizonbank

New Horizon is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line technical support for Bank employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain a secure, reliable technology environment.

You will support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, networking basics, and endpoint management; manage user accounts; assist with deployments and asset inventories; and escalate complex issues to the IT Manager.
