Lead UX / UI Engineer_ AI Applications

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 8-11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG principles.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, asynchronous interactions, state management, micro-frontends, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience designing interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, or autonomous AI agents.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model.
- Influence and guiding junior team members
