Payroll Specialist

¡Estamos buscando talento para unirse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas! Buscamos un/a Payroll Specialist organizado/a, analítico/a y orientado/a al detalle, responsable de apoyar el procesamiento preciso y oportuno de la nómina y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas establecidos. Responsabilidades principales Procesar y validar la nómina de empleados. Revisar horas trabajadas, ajustes, deducciones y otras incidencias de nómina. Dar seguimiento y resolver discrepancias relacionadas con pagos. Mantener actualizada la información de nómina en el sistema. Preparar reportes y apoyar reconciliaciones relacionadas con payroll. Asegurar el cumplimiento con políticas internas y regulaciones aplicables. Brindar apoyo y orientación a empleados y líderes sobre asuntos relacionados con nómina. Requisitos Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o área relacionada. Experiencia previa en procesamiento de nómina, preferiblemente en ambientes de alto volumen. Conocimiento de leyes y regulaciones laborales aplicables a nómina en Puerto Rico. Manejo de Microsoft Excel. Experiencia con ADP es altamente preferida. Excelente atención al detalle, organización y capacidad para trabajar con fechas límites. Alto nivel de confidencialidad y servicio al cliente interno.
