Job Title: Custody Operations Specialist Job Description

This role requires working the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. As a Custody Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for various functions within the vault, including pulling files, organizing them, and performing quality control. You will ensure that loan files are accurately filed and investigate misplaced files using computer research and physical searches.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize files within the vault.
• Verify the correct filing of loan files.
• Conduct quality control checks on filed documents.
• Search for misplaced files using both physical searches and computer databases.
• Research clues to determine the location of missing files, including recent file movements and location history.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet all day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a production-based environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Work Environment

You will work in a large, quiet vault that can get warm during the spring and summer months. The dress code is business casual, and you can wear comfortable shoes, including tennis shoes. The vault is essentially an office warehouse filled with files arranged by customer and loan number. Expect to be on your feet most of the day in this engaging and dynamic setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
