Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse backgrounds.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at LifeStance Health, you will work primarily with adult and adolescent patients who exhibit a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our client-centric approach focuses on understanding each individual’s unique story, enabling you to provide personalized and impactful therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Washington state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience working in community health clinics or those who have provided therapy to both adults and adolescents will be given preference. Comfort with teletherapy is an advantage, as the role heavily relies on virtual counseling methods to reach our clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually , alongside a robust benefits package that includes:
