As a Recruiter, your mission is to manage and support the full recruiting lifecycle for hourly, salaried, and early career roles by driving candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring process administration. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources (HR), and business leaders to ensure an efficient, compliant hiring process and strong candidate experience.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is ideal for someone early in their HR or recruiting career who is ready to take ownership, work independently, and build strong foundational recruiting skills in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact while continuing to grow your expertise.

 

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Management

o   Manage recruiting activities for assigned hourly, salaried, and early career roles from requisition opening through offer stage

o   Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines

o   Review resumes and applications against required qualifications and appropriately disposition candidates

o   Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit

o   Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process

Sourcing & Job Postings

o   Create and post job openings internally and externally using approved job descriptions

o   Support and execute candidate sourcing efforts through resume databases, referrals, job boards, career fairs, and networking events

o   Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

o   Ensure job postings remain current and aligned with employer branding standards

Interview & Hiring Coordination

o   Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers

o   Prepare interview materials and ensure documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately

o   Participate in interviews with hiring managers and support the selection process

o   Clearly communicate interview logistics, expectations, and next steps to candidates and hiring teams

Systems, Compliance & Administration

o   Maintain recruiting data and documentation within HR and applicant tracking systems

o   Support offer letter preparation, distribution, and pre-employment processes

o   Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, data privacy standards, and employment regulations

o   Support reporting and tracking of recruiting metrics as needed

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

o   Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

o   Provide timely updates to hiring managers and escalate issues when needed

o   Help create a positive, organized, and inclusive recruitment experience

o   Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency

o   Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Required

o   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

o   Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

o   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

o   Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance

o   Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred

o   Internship, co-op, or 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support

o   Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems

o   Experience supporting hourly and salaried recruiting

o   Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, and employee lifecycle processes
