What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
• At least one year of nursing experience; preferred one year in home healthcare
• Must have current BLS certification
• Must have current CPR certification
• Required significant local travel
• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet daily productivity standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on patients in a timely manner.

Salary Range

$45–$52 per hour.
