Home Health Registered Nurse (1099/Contract) Multiple Positions Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and plans of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Benefits Of Joining Our Team Nurse Practitioner led agency Paid Training Ongoing training and development opportunities Flexible scheduling Advance payroll disbursement No weekends Mileage reimbursement What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida At least one year of nursing experience; preferred one year in home healthcare Must have current BLS certification Must have current CPR certification Required significant local travel A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation What You’ll Be Doing Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs. Meet daily productivity standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on patients in a timely manner.
