About mark-it Smart
Mark-it Smart designs casino loyalty and continuity marketing programs, helping gaming/casino clients build customer loyalty through rewards programs and product promotions. Our sales and operations teams work closely together to keep products, promotions, and fulfillment running smoothly for our clients.
The Role
We're looking for an Order & Supply Chain Coordinator to keep our order flow and inventory logistics running smoothly. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, our warehouse partners, and internal teams — making sure orders move accurately and on time, and that inventory issues get caught and resolved before they become customer problems. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who likes solving logistics puzzles and doesn't let things fall through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Customer Service
- Receive, process, and release customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping requirements prior to order release.
- Serve as the liaison between sales, warehouse partners, and internal operations teams to ensure orders flow correctly and on schedule.
- Monitor orders through fulfillment and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues.
- Respond to order-related questions from sales reps and customers with clear, timely communication.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Track inbound inventory arrivals at warehouses and maintain accurate ETA logs.
- Communicate inventory updates to sales reps and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate warehouse requests, including sample shipments, re-labels, repacks, and special handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping of samples to customers and sales reps.
- Troubleshoot issues related to order flow, inventory data, or product specifications.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain coordination, or a similar operations/support role.
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet (or similar project/task tracking tools); comfort with Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) a plus.
- Experience working with warehouses, 3PLs, or fulfillment partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple orders/priorities at once.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues rather than waiting to be told.
