111 Sign Inc. is a growing printing and signage company providing custom signs, graphics, printing, and related services to businesses and customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable  Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support the company's accounting operations.

Job Summary

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with payroll and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced printing and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, deposits, and other financial transactions.
• Manage  accounts payable and accounts receivable .
• Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process vendor bills and payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections when necessary.
• Maintain organized financial documents, receipts, invoices, and supporting records.
• Assist with payroll processing and related records.
• Track company expenses and credit card transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare basic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and accounts receivable/payable reports.
• Work with management and the company's CPA/accountant during tax preparation and financial reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial and employee information.
• Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions and bring them to management's attention.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with  QuickBooks Online/Desktop preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a  printing, manufacturing, construction, or other project-based business is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales tax and small-business accounting is a plus.
