Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you looking for a new fun fast paced environment to work in? LHH has partnered with an exciting non-profit company centrally located in San Diego whod like to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team.
Responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist include:
- Processing up to 300 invoices monthly
- Perform vendor reconciliations at month end
- Resolve any discrepancies on invoices with coding/obtaining approvals
- Provide supporting documentation for annual audit
- General Ledger support
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience working fast paced environment
- Strong initiative, driven, and flexibility are musts
- Ability to scrutinize invoices to spot discrepancies
- Team player with good communication skills
