ACCOUNTING CLERK - INVENTORY

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Post receipt of material into accounting system.
• Record consumption of material used at various ready-mix locations.
• Reconcile receipts and consumption with quantity on hand at month end.
• Communicate with operations regarding receipt of material and other related issues.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and receipt issues.
• Provide assistance and analysis on special projects as needed.
• Always work safely and take action to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with one to two years of experience in accounting/office administration/data entry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel
• Must be able to work in a confidential environment, meet deadlines, prioritize work and be flexible to changing work priorities
• Ability to work well with others including vendors and company team members in a positive, professional manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight while accomplishing targeted objectives
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Flexible scheduling options available but must be able to work overtime if necessary.

This is an in person full-time position in Central Point, OR.

Compensation is competitive and is dependent upon experience.
