Regional Medical Director

SECTR Partners are currently recruiting for a Regional Medical Director for a leading veterinary client. The role will provide clinical leadership, mentorship and strategical medical oversight to a portfolio of 15 veterinary hospitals. Responsibilities: Provide medical leadership and guidance to veterinarians and hospital medical teams across the region. Partner with hospital medical directors to establish clinical goals, protocols, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Support continuing education and professional development initiatives. Foster a culture in which veterinarians feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Support initiatives designed to improve client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care. Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school. Active Washington State veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure. + 5 years leadership experience as a Medical Director Multi-site leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness and ability to travel regularly among veterinary hospitals throughout Washington State. #J-18808-Ljbffr
