• Assist in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analytical testing whenever required.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures, provide training to new team members or students, and uphold the lab's quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory setting and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree in allied health with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year from the hire date.
• Maintaining current certification is required throughout employment.
