Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your tenure.
