IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems Monitor and maintain the integrity and security of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems, including conducting research, testing, and training staff on new software and equipment Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and system configurations Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to IT systems and security Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications Experience with network administration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other industry standards related to IT systems and security is a plus We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment A chance to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr
