Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic counseling to clients facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders, helping them navigate their paths to recovery.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Manage a diverse caseload within a private practice framework, ensuring that each client's unique needs and circumstances are addressed.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and your clinical expertise.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing various mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. This role involves providing culturally competent services to a diverse population, understanding their unique backgrounds, and tailoring approaches to best meet their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct practice experience in a behavioral health setting, demonstrating proficiency in clinical methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
