The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr. 401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2% - 4 Tiers: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children, Family. 3 plan options: PPO, HDHP Gold, HDHP Silver - Dental and Vision Plans - Basic life insurance coverage of $30,000 - PTO: 60 hours in first 2 years, then 100 hours year 2-5, 140 hours year 5-10, 180 hours at 10 years and after This is a fully onsite position in Ephrata, PA.
