• Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Payment Processing: Receive and process incoming payments, verifying their accuracy and recording them in the financial system.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment issues, and account status updates.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing activities, including outstanding invoices and payment statuses.
• Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure seamless billing operations.
