Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Perform thorough client assessments to identify mental health conditions, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidenced standards and the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and coordinated treatment.

• Document client progress meticulously using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring that treatment interventions are well-recorded and assessments are updated regularly.

• Actively engage in continuous professional development, staying current on the latest research and advancements in mental health counseling to better serve clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a range of mental health conditions through prior clinical experience.
