Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, delivering insights into clients' psychological well-being.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs, ensuring immediate support.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions focused on mental health challenges faced by adolescents, fostering a collaborative support network among clients.

• Coordinate with social workers to ensure seamless discharge planning and resource allocation for clients transitioning out of care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and required statistical reports in compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in weekly clinical supervision with your Clinical Supervisor to enhance personal and professional growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care approaches for mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adolescents and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Your expertise will enable you to create a trusting environment where clients feel safe to explore their feelings and experiences. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, your contributions will be crucial to improving patient outcomes and helping clients develop coping skills and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise are rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year.
