What You'll Do Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Assist with discovery, case preparation, and trial strategy Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as opportunities arise Work closely with experienced litigators in a fast-paced, high-volume plaintiff-side practice Develop practical courtroom and litigation skills while preparing for Bar admission Who They're Seeking Law school graduates planning to sit for the Feb 2027 California Bar Exam (or who took the July 2026 exam) Highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals eager to gain real courtroom experience Candidates interested in plaintiff-side litigation and consumer advocacy Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment What's Offered Base salary starting at $70,000 (or hourly equivalent for contract candidates) Potential for quarterly performance bonuses Annual salary increases Extensive litigation exposure and hands-on courtroom experience Mentorship from experienced trial attorneys Clear path for long-term career growth following Bar admission Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds Workplace Monitoring & Data Use Notice To protect client and Company systems, data, and confidential information, Trustpoint may implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, which may include monitoring of Company-provided systems, devices, and networks, consistent with applicable law.
