Director, Global Product Development Location: New York, NY Duration: 6+ month with highly possible extension / conversion Pay Range: $39 - $42 / hr. What's the Job? Lead the development and execution of innovative skincare formulas for the Clarity & Age Management categories, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Research & Innovation, and Operations to drive product development from concept to launch. Define and implement ingredient strategies that enhance product efficacy while supporting sustainability and brand values. Oversee clinical testing strategies to ensure scientific rigor and effective communication of product benefits across diverse skin tones. Manage the product portfolio by advocating for market needs, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to maintain industry leadership. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred. 8-10 years of experience in beauty or skincare product development, with a proven track record of leading innovative projects. Deep expertise in skincare formulation, texture development, claims substantiation, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments.
