LOA & Benefits Engagement Specialist

SHI International Corp. seeks a Benefits & Engagement Specialist to enhance the employee experience by supporting benefits administration, LOA, and accommodations while contributing to engagement initiatives promoting well-being and inclusion. You will manage enrollments, life events, terminations, and coordinate with Payroll, Compliance, and vendors to ensure compliant, end-to-end processes across ACA/ERISA/FMLA.
