HR Specialist

Supporting senior living and long-term care clients, the full-time HR Specialist will manage day-to-day HR casework, interpret HR policies, and assist with customer success administrative tasks in a hybrid remote role with occasional travel. Key responsibilities Manage HR casework for assigned clients, including triaging cases and supporting employee relations matters Provide administrative support to the Client Engagement team, including report requests and access management Interpret HR policies and assist senior HR leaders with strategic and complex issues Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1 to 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a PEO, consulting, multi-client, or healthcare environment preferred Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
