Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional patient care by performing comprehensive dermatological assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic regimens under the supervision of a board-certified dermatologist.
• Monitoring and coordinating patient treatments in accordance with organizational clinical policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Documenting all patient interactions and care accurately to ensure compliance with clinical quality standards and healthcare regulations.
• Providing patient education by counseling individuals on preventative skincare, therapeutic treatments, and promoting wellness initiatives.
• Identifying patient care issues that may arise, collaborating with physicians to address these concerns promptly, and effectively executing their directives.
• Maintaining a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with all hospital procedures and safety regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• A valid and unrestricted state PA or NP license, along with board certification.
• A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a dermatology setting, enhancing your expertise in skin-related conditions and treatments.
• Current CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits
