Work Environment

Your work hours will primarily be Monday to Friday, spanning 40 hours per week, starting at 5:00 pm. This structure allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while serving patients during peak times. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and meticulously review medical histories to identify health issues.
• Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to patients and their families.
• Diagnose and treat a wide array of acute health conditions, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans for patients dealing with chronic illnesses, monitoring their progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Prescribe medications, ensuring patients understand their use and monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring accurate documentation that meets healthcare regulations and facilitates continuity of care.
• Engage in health education initiatives by providing patients and families with information about disease prevention, treatment options, and managing health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid California State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and DEA number.

Compensation and Benefits
