Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Virginia SLP license (active or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred, Clinical Fellows are welcome for consideration
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Ability to provide in-person services (onsite only—no remote or hybrid roles at this time)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students according to IEP requirements
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote speech and language development in the classroom
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide in-person therapy sessions and support at assigned schools within the region

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, aligning with the regular school day (7 hours daily, 35 hours weekly).
