About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Dean for Assessment and Evaluation to play a pivotal role in the advancement of medical education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive, data-driven approach to assess student performance, evaluate faculty effectiveness, and ensure the quality of curricular outcomes. This includes overseeing all aspects of assessment and evaluation across the M.D. program, with a focus on a robust competency-based medical education framework and continuous quality improvement. The role also involves guiding faculty development, ensuring accreditation compliance, and integrating emerging technologies and analytics into assessment systems. The Associate Dean will be a central figure in fostering a culture of inquiry, innovation, and equity, and will work collaboratively with faculty, leadership, and governance bodies to leverage data for decision-making and to support learner success. Applicants for the Associate Dean position at the company should be accomplished educators and scholars with deep expertise in assessment and evaluation within medical or health professions education. The ideal candidate will hold an M.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree, and qualify for appointment at the associate or full professor level.
