Responsibilities:

• Ensure each guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort through thorough inspections.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to address any issues promptly and maintain a seamless guest experience.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to enhance their performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist in training new team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams to ensure timely resolution of guest requests and concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report needs to the appropriate department to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or a similar field, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance and efficiency.
