Accounts Payable Coordinator
Helm is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accounting team!
In this role, you'll help keep our accounts payable processes running smoothly by processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end and year-end activities. You'll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and offshore resources while gaining valuable hands-on accounting experience.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accounts payable experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
