What You’ll Be Doing: Lead attorney teams handling RFEs/NOIDs, appeals, adjustment of status, and consular processing. Work with operational teams to create efficient, high-volume legal processes. Support attorneys in training, auditing work, and maintaining ethical standards. Provide legal guidance to ensure accurate, high-quality case management. Handle legal escalations, identify future issues, and develop legal strategies. Collaborate with leadership to integrate efforts across teams. Conduct legal and factual research. Develop and mentor future legal team leaders. Who We’re Looking For: 5+ years in immigration law, including humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA). Legal research, drafting, case management, and process development. Legal team leadership experience. ABA-accredited law school graduate, barred in a U.S. state or territory. State or federal clerkship is a plus. Can also be located in Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, and Texas near a satellite office.
