Summary
Detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with experience managing end-to-end payroll operations. Skilled in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while supporting a high-volume workforce. Known for maintaining reliable payroll systems and providing responsive, employee-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Perform precise data entry related to payroll and employee information
• Collaborate with HR to manage employee updates that affect payroll, including hires, terminations, and benefits changes
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support 401(k) administration, including enrollments, deductions, contributions, and employee inquiries
• Utilize payroll software systems to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in payroll processing
• Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting principles
• Experience working with payroll systems (preferred but not required)
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and leadership
