Business Development Manager

Location: Stoughton, MA - Hybrid/Field-based (Up to 40% overnight travel) Compensation: $100k- $130k /year Position Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth for Bossard North America through a combination of new business development, strategic account management, and customer retention. This role focuses on identifying and securing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and developing long-term partnerships while supporting company sales and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities. Grow and retain existing customer accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve established sales targets. Promote Bossard North America's products, services, and supply chain solutions to customers and prospects. Coordinate customer programs, product launches, and growth initiatives. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities. Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementation and ongoing support. Qualifications Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or account management. Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or the fastener industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
