Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Flourish Wellness Center, your role will include a variety of impactful responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for record-keeping.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment approaches.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and engage in peer review meetings to promote clinical excellence and professional development.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health resources and strategies, helping them to navigate the treatment landscape and empower their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
