Must have knowledge of power electronics, Si/wide band gap device field, hands-on development experience in prototype build for HV 500kHz–1MHz DC/DC converters.Primary Job Duties:Circuit and module design: Designing and developing power electronic modules for 800V HVDC applications, covering schematic capture and PCB layout.System integration: Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure the power module meets performance, thermal management, and cost requirements.Component selection: Choosing appropriate components for high-voltage circuits, considering factors like efficiency, reliability, and cost.Testing and validation: Performing tests and troubleshooting to ensure the power module functions as designed and meets all specifications.Qualifications:M.S (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical EngineeringKnowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop designLab skills in using oscilloscope, function generators and test equipmentExperience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Pspice/Ltspice, Ansys simulationGood communication skillsTeam player#LI-JA1
