Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough assessments and evaluations for clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical guidelines.

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that cater to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other clinical staff to coordinate care and refine therapeutic approaches, attending regular team meetings and case consultations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions, with responsibilities including mentoring less-experienced staff when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist will primarily work with adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, addressing their complex psychological needs. This role involves offering therapy for various relationship dynamics—both individual and couple's therapy—enabling therapists to expand their skill sets while addressing shared complexities in family and relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current Washington State license as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience providing therapeutic services within a clinical setting.

• Proven track record of working effectively with both children and adults, as well as experience in couples therapy.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LifeStance Health offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes the contributions of licensed therapists. The salary range for this position is approximately USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to a lucrative pay structure, therapy professionals can expect:
