Teller

Position Overview As a Full‑Time Teller within PNC’s Retail organization, you will be based in Scottsdale, AZ at 7315 E OSBORN RD. The role is part of an in‑office team that collaborates to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and foster an inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience that improves customers’ financial well‑being and creates loyalty. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about available financial products and services. Identify banking opportunities during conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and adhere to all policies and procedures. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Demonstrate sound judgment within established limits and actively manage risk in alignment with PNC’s framework. Qualifications Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and meet customer needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to leverage technology for customer interactions. Accuracy and attention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team setting. Understanding of banking products, fraud detection, and prevention. Experience or knowledge of digital banking tools is preferred. Education & Experience Roles at this level typically do not require a university degree. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is acceptable. Prior experience is not required; however, military service or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
