Our remote work structure empowers our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering outstanding care. Although you will primarily work from home, our outpatient office in Davis, California, is equipped with modern facilities and the latest digital technology. You will have administrative support to focus on clinical tasks and the freedom to utilize telemedicine or in-person meetings based on client preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Neuro Nurture Support, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for your clients.
\n
• Provide therapeutic sessions for couples, working with them together and individually to address their unique concerns.

• Manage a diverse caseload focusing on a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss challenges
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Stress management in relation to work and health
\n
• Support for blended families navigating remarriage
\n
• Reconciliation and communication improvement strategies between estranged family members
\n
\n
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and the latest digital tools to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients.

• Document all sessions and track patient progress compliance with local regulations to ensure quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with various patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents facing diverse challenges. The ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual or family will be crucial in contributing to their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation issued by the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in family and couple therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome recently licensed candidates as well as experienced therapists. Flexibility in availability is encouraged, with an expectation of working 30 hours or more per week. Familiarity with remote therapy applications, digital collaboration tools, and telehealth practices will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
