Experienced Nurse Practitioner — Aesthetic Medicine & Partnership Track

Next Generation Dental™ is seeking an experienced, New York-licensed nurse practitioner with an entrepreneurial mindset to help develop a high-quality aesthetic medicine program within an established New York City healthcare environment. This position will begin as a compensated, part-time clinical role with flexible scheduling. Following a three-to-six-month period of mutual evaluation, the successful candidate may be considered for a formal partnership opportunity. Any clinical and ownership arrangement will be structured in accordance with applicable New York professional-practice requirements. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical-history reviews, examinations, and individualized treatment planning. Perform appropriately indicated aesthetic procedures—including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, skin-rejuvenation treatments, and related nonsurgical services-only within the practitioner's authorized scope, education, training, and demonstrated competency. Obtain informed consent, maintain complete clinical documentation, provide appropriate follow-up care, and follow established emergency and complication-management protocols. Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, infection control, professional ethics, and natural-looking clinical outcomes. Help develop clinical protocols, patient-education materials, service offerings, and the long-term growth strategy for the program. Qualifications Active and unrestricted New York State RN license and nurse-practitioner certification. Current national board certification and New York prescriptive authority. At least 3,600 hours of nurse-practitioner experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness medicine, or injectable treatments preferred. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, informed consent, complication recognition, and emergency management. Excellent communication skills, professional judgment, dependability, and a patient-centered approach. Availability to provide in-person services in Manhattan. Compensation and Growth $85-$110 per hour, based on clinical and aesthetic experience. Part-time and flexible initial schedule.
