Weekend Matron

Join a well-established, independent primary care practice with deep roots in its community and a loyal patient base built over decades. This is a chance to step into a stable, respected practice and become a true long-term partner in patient care - not just fill a transactional role.
Details Provide continuity of care in a busy walk-in primary care setting (15-25 patients daily)
Work alongside an experienced, clinically strong physician
Collaborate with visiting specialists
Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. - with flexibility for the right candidate (alternative schedules, including four longer days, will be considered).
Compensation & Benefits $120,000 salaried, W-2 position

Ideal Candidate FNP-certified, hardworking, dependable, and comfortable practicing with autonomy
Spanish fluency strongly preferred given the practice's large Spanish-speaking patient population
