OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and proactive Digital Media Coordinator to own and execute a wide range of digital and print marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who can manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Video & Digital Content

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, and promotional use

• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site shoots, and post-production editing

• Ensure video content aligns with brand standards and messaging

Graphic Design & Print

• Design and lay out brochures, catalogs, flyers, and other marketing collateral

• Prepare print-ready files and understand various printing specifications, formats, and file requirements

• Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure quality output

Web & Digital Design

• Assist with website layout, updates, and basic web coding

• Create digital assets optimized for web and marketing platforms

• Ensure consistency across digital and print media

Social Media and Marketing

• Set up, launch and track Google Ad campaigns for dealers

• Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager conversion tracking

• Use AI to strategize, update keywords and write content for marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in digital media, creative production, or a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe InDesign

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Solid understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production)

• Experience with brochure layout and print production

• Basic knowledge of web coding and website layout (WordPress / Elementor. HTML /CSS or similar)

• Strong understanding of print file types, formats, and specifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to proactively identify and execute projects

• Nice have: experience flying a drone
