Surgical Technologist program. Certified as a one of the following: Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) by NBSTSA;

Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) by NSAA; Surgical Assistant–Certified (SA-C) by ABSA.

State Surgical Assistant or Surgical Technologist registration.
