Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to completely own the design strategy for a targeted, high-impact initiative. You will not be handed wireframes to polish or asked to "make it pretty" after decisions are made. You will be in the room from the very first conversation, bringing the customer's perspective and actively shaping what we build. Your job is to ensure our product is something customers can actually use—and genuinely want to use. This role requires deep customer empathy, rapid prototyping, and the strategic judgment to know when a solution is ready to ship. What You'll Do Drive Customer Discovery : Spend real time with customers to watch them work, understand their context, and uncover unarticulated needs, rather than just testing finished designs. Partner Collaboratively : Work daily with a Product Manager and Tech Lead as a trio, ensuring solutions emerge from shared perspectives rather than a siloed handoff chain. Prototype Rapidly : Move from napkin sketches to interactive prototypes quickly, using them as tools for thinking and learning rather than just presentation. Design for Outcomes : Balance high-fidelity visual craft with deep functional utility, understanding that how a product looks and how it works are inseparable. Measure Success : Evaluate your designs based on real-world adoption, user behavior, and whether the solution actually solves the target customer problem. What You Bring Strong experience owning end-to-end product design in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Deep user research skills and the ability to translate raw insights into product strategy. Mastery of interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
