The role is structured to provide a balanced weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect both assessment findings and client goals, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Provide therapy services—including individual, group, and family sessions—utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy techniques.

• Monitor and document therapeutic progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to address the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients who may be grappling with various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
