Technical Support Analyst

Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Vienna, VA (Onsite)

Position Type: Multi-year contract

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and hardware issues, including imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
• Support break/fix hardware troubleshooting and repair, managing issues from start to finish
• Test and validate returned devices through the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process
• Manage IT asset recovery efforts through return and offboarding tickets, including device scanning in and out
• Fulfill software installation, updates, and troubleshooting requests
• Support virtual environment tasks such as VM requests and related issues
• Work on-site at headquarters five days a week, ensuring timely and effective technical support

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide daily updates and status reports
• Proficiency in imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops
• Ability to support hardware and software troubleshooting end-to-end
• Comfortable working onsite at headquarters
